What we do
we motivate people to play sports because they can learn how to come out their comfort zone and communicate with people. They learn team work and self- control to where they want to help their team mates win. we teach them that regular physical activity helps control or reduce the risk of Chronic disease, such as heart disease, and diabetes. The green team wants to show that people who are physically active are more likely to grow into physically active and emotionally balanced adults.
